These facilities are expected to reopen on Monday, September 8.

These facilities are expected to reopen on Monday, September 8.

All Concentra colleagues are expected to report to work at their normal center and at the start of their normal scheduled work shift. If you have extenuating circumstance that will prevent you from reporting to work as expected, you must contact your immediate supervisor to be reviewed on a individual basis.

Concentra leaders continue to monitor the Louisiana condition and the government directions to determine business expectations and operations, including openings and closings.

Updates will be recorded no later than 5 p.m. each day on the Concentra Emergency Information phone line at 866-401-3377, which is available 24 hours a day, as well as this Web site. Please check either the Emergency Information line or this site to ensure you have the updated information regarding the latest expectations and operations. Any changes will be noted and instructions provided.
