PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
- Must be enrolled in an accredited university or training program
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to commit to program hours and location needed.
- Must submit a completed background check, TB skin test, and drug test to Concentra when requested (in accordance with state law).
- School must have a signed affiliation agreement with Concentra.
